The transformation of this bungalow's main floor included a remodelled kitchen, laundry room and ensuite bath. Unhappy with the overall layout of their home, these clients were looking for a more functional use of the space. Walls were removed to open up the kitchen and bamboo flooring was installed throughout the main floor. The addition of a narrow kitchen island allowed for increased storage space, a bar fridge and a second sink. It also serves as an efficient workspace that allows for easy interaction with guests in the entertainment area.

The ensuite bath renovation allowed for the addition of a bigger vanity with his-and-hers sinks, a wall-to-wall mirror and heated tile floors. A separate adjacent standup makeup counter with mirror and extra storage was an elegant but functional touch.The glass and oversized porcelain tiles add luxury to larger shower enclosure, making it a true spa retreat.
