Effective communication is the cornerstone of our relationship with you.

We start the design process with a visit to our showroom where you have an opportunity to interview your designer, tour our showroom and obtain an overview of the products and services that we offer.

Regardless of whether you are renovating or building a new house, our next meeting is at your home. Among other things, a detailed design survey (see Ask The Designer for a sample) will be completed. The primary focus of this meeting is to develop a clear picture of your personal tastes, preferences and develop a comprehensive "wish list" for your project. Detailed measurements of your home will be taken.

The information from these meetings will be used to formulate a custom design personalized for you.

Your feedback is reflected in refinements and modifications to the design. We then work together to make selections such as wood specie, door style, door finish, hardware, accessories and countertop colour. Our services can also include advice on flooring, lighting, backsplash treatments and paint colours.

You will receive a detailed description of all work that Monarch and our associated contractors will undertake on your behalf.

Monarch will coordinate your project with follow-up from your designer and our production office so that no detail is overlooked. You can expect project updates on a daily basis.
